Agreement and operator
These terms govern use of WebsiteIQ, operated by Osborn Ventures Inc. By submitting an audit or using an API or MCP tool, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Your authority and responsibility
You represent that you have a legitimate purpose and authority to submit the target. You will not use WebsiteIQ to bypass authentication, access controls, robots policy, payment requirements, or laws; disrupt a target; collect sensitive information; or misrepresent a report.
Service scope
WebsiteIQ requests public HTTP(S) resources through a bounded crawler. A target may refuse, rate-limit, redirect, change, or return incomplete evidence. WebsiteIQ may stop, reduce scope, reject a target, or suspend access to protect the service or others.
The browser audit is a free one-page sample, not a paid UI tier. It requires no account, email, or contact consent. One free audit is permitted per requester IP and per target website each day. Free-tier controls cross-reference requester-IP, target-website, and requester-target-pair signals to prevent repeated or distributed abuse.
Quotes, pricing, and payment status
A pre-crawl quote reads robots.txt and a bounded sitemap tree before any audit crawl. Standard audits cost $0.01 USDC for 1–10 pages, then $0.001 per page above 10. White-label audits cost $0.02 USDC for 1–10 pages, then $0.002 per page above 10. A partial sitemap estimate is labeled as a minimum estimate rather than a firm scope quote.
Quotes do not start an audit, reserve capacity, or collect payment. An abuse-limited API or MCP request includes the concise limit reason and a robots-aware, sitemap-priced x402 continuation challenge. x402 v2 USDC settlement on Base and paid execution are available only through the documented API or MCP resource; the website does not provide paid checkout.
White-label presentation
A white-label request requires the agency or business name, presenter name, phone, email, and consent to process those contact fields. Optional CTA and marketing inputs may replace the WebsiteIQ report contact button only after premium payment settles. WebsiteIQ identity, Osborn Ventures Inc. operator disclosure, methodology, evidence, crawler identity, and uncertainty labels remain part of the report and may not be removed or misrepresented.
Outputs and no guarantee
Reports are informational diagnostics based on observed public responses and versioned WebsiteIQ heuristics. They are not legal, financial, security, accessibility, environmental, or search-engine certification; they do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, compliance, or absence of defects.
Report access and retention
You are responsible for protecting the report access token. The complete token-bearing URL is a share link, and anyone with it can view the report. Reports and audit-linked records are retained for historical reference until deletion is requested. Do not publish a real report without reviewing it and obtaining any necessary permission from the target owner.
Public beta and availability
The public beta is provided as available, may change, and may have limits or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebsiteIQ is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Osborn Ventures Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the public beta. Some jurisdictions do not allow all exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent allowed.
Changes and contact
Material changes will update the effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance where permitted. Questions can be submitted through the contact form.
A business address, governing-law venue, paid-service terms, tax treatment, and region-specific notices should be reviewed before production sales. These beta terms do not claim automatic worldwide legal sufficiency.
